BACON & EGG CASSEROLE

Bacon and Egg Casserole!
For today, we will learn to make Bacon and Egg Casserole, I'm sorry because can't find any image for this recipe.
The ingredients we need are:
1/4 pound bacon (cut in 1 1/2" pieces)

1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
3 ounces can sliced mushrooms (drained)
6 big eggs
1/2 cup canned cheddar-cheese soup (undiluted)
2 tablespoons fine dry breadcrumbs
Instructions
First, put the 1/4 pound bacon into a 9-inch pie plate. Cover it loosely with a
microwave safe paper towel. Cook it for high 3 minutes. Then drain off its fat,
reserving a tablespoon in a small custard cup, and put it aside. Next stir in pepper and mushroom into the bacon, and cover it with microwave safe paper
towel. Cook it again in microwave oven for high 2 minutes.While waiting, break the eggs into a small bowl, and beat them with 3 tablespoons of water.Then pour the eggs into the bacon mixture after cooking in microwave oven. Next cook it again in microwave oven for high 2 minutes, but uncovered this time. When done cooking, take it out and stir it. Then cook it again for 1 minute longer, or until just set.In another small bowl, mix the 1/2 cup cheddar-cheese soup with 3 tablespoons of water. Then add the 2 tablespoons of fine dry breadcrumbs to the reserved bacon fat. And then, sprinkle them on the bacon mixture with eggs. Cook them in microwave oven for 30 seconds. Finally, the delicious Bacon and Egg Casserole was done. Enjoy it.
