Do you love crab's meat? Its quite delicious... Sorry for those who don't love crab's meat, as you need to wait for tommorow's recipe. Give it a try...
The way to make a crab stack is not difficult.
First we need to prepare some ingredients:
Crab Meat - Fresh or thawed crab meat
Avocado
a mango

some limes
chopped parley
mayonnaise
salt and pepper
jalapeno
Sriracha (additional for garnishing)
Instructions:
First, put a tablespoonful(tsp) of mayonnaise, 2 juiced limes and chopped parley on the crab meat. Put the mayonnaise and juiced limes per pound of the crab meat. Then season it with salt and pepper. Reserve it and put it aside.
Chop the avocado, peel the skin of the avocado and take out its seed. Place it into a bowl. Add juice of a lime for every 2 avocados. Then season it with salt and pepper. Reserve it on aside.
Before we get the mango salsa, peel the skin of the mango and take out its seed. Cut it into small squares (dice it) and place it into a bowl. Add juice of lime for every 2 mangos. Add 1 jalepeno sliced thin per every 3 mangos. Reserve it.
When you are ready to assemble them
Place some avacados in the centre of a plate. Spoon some mango on top ( be sure to stack as carefully as possible. Then spoon some of the crab mixture on top. If you like to purchase some of the fried potato sticks and then place them on top.
Garnish them with Sriracha sauce for garnish..
At last the mouth watering crab stack was done!
